    I have never heard of that one, must have an interesting history. I have not seen many GDR instruments listed here in the US. I would expect it would have been made between the end of WWII and the re-unification of Germany after 1989.

    You reckon its worth buying?

    Im interested to get a vintage sound out of it.

    Says its made in Germany, so its not asian horn

    East Germany had German artisans, but not necessarily the top quality materials. I am pretty sure that this will not be something for a vintage playing experience.

    Remembering what the all controlling DDR government thought about the west, I would suspect that any horn with an english name would have been designed to sabotage the musical performance.........................

    Good lamp material though!

    yer i might just leave it.

    Its $23 on top for postage. not worth it. I searched everywhere for information about it, nothing. If it was any goodk, there would be some sort of info or other people playing it.
