I highly recommend "Twenty-Seven Groups of Exercises" by Earl D. Irons.

Another good book is "Lip Flexibility on the Cornet or Trumpet - 41 Exercises for Embouchure Development" by Walter M. Smith.

As has been mentioned, playing songs in addition to exercises is a great way to build tone.

And finally, much careful listening to players with excellent tone, and then working to imitate that sound is a fundamental aspect of developing good sound.

Listen to Flugelgirl. The Phil Snedecor ├ętude books are great for singing and also transposition. Don't forget Concone and Bordogni etudes as well.
