On the first step you are always going to get a number that winds up being 9. For instance

    1 * 9 = 9
    2 * 9 = 18, 1 + 8 = 9
    3 * 9 = 27, 2 + 7 = 9
    4 * 9 = 36, 3 + 6 = 9
    5 * 9 = 45, 4 + 5 = 9
    6 * 9 = 63, 6 + 3 = 9

    Get the picture?

So, unless you know of some other country that starts with "D", you are pretty much always going to wind up with a Kangaroo in Demark eating and Orange.

From another web source, I have found only four countries that in the english language that start with the letter "D". They are:

    Denmark
    Djibouti
    Dominica
Dominican Republic (It's a country, but most wouldn't think of it that way because of the "Republic" part)

Have you ever heard of Djibouti? Me neither. So, that pretty much narrows it down to Denmark and Dominica and I would venture to guess that the majority of people are going to pick Denmark.

As for the animal that begins with the letter "K", once again, Kagaroo is probably the most common animal beginning with the letter "K",

It really isn't that freaky if you look at it analytically and use the law of averages. I would say that if you polled adults across the US, it would probably end up being even higher than 98%.

I got a Caterpillar in the Dominican Republic eating raspberries. I guess we trumpet players are in that 2%. We are a strange breed after all.

    Raspberry!

BTW, I've seen something like this before, so I was trying my hardest NOT to go for Denmark. I ended up with an iguana from Djibouti with an apple...
