That is a Kurzweil Digital Electric Piano; A Mini Moog Synthesizer; PA/Monitor System; Computer/Data/Audio Management System/Leslie Speaker and Hammond Organ. That configures the keyboard portion of the Music Room. I will soon be adding a Rogers Drum Kit to the room (currently I use the digital drums on the Kurzweil for recording needs.

And a turntable on top of a sub-woofer?

Those are some of the best darned shock absorbing footies a turn table could have. Never had a problem with skips in all the time I used this system.

Also as much as I have tried, I cannot for the life of me blow out my amps with the bass response on that synthesizer. The foundation of the house has a few more cracks in it, but the amps are spot on with no vibration what-so-ever.

Still, I think I'd swap the locations of the turntable and the rest of the stereo gear. I think the turntable would be more stable and isolated on the cabinet as opposed to the sub-woofer.

I roomed with some guys in our rock band in college, and using our Altec-Lansing 418-8H 15 speakers with our thousand watt main as our home stereo we could walk our neighbor's dishes across their cabinets. Cute girls, but no appreciation of the young music gods living next door. They didn't even appreciate the flash-pots we set up outside their door on Halloween....

Sad, how artists are so misunderstood....

So... It should be OK for me to put my vinyl spinner on my organ since the vibration comes out of my Leslie? [He says tongue in cheek]

Sorry, I did not quite catch that.

    Regards, Stuart.
