My trumpet test-drive is now on hold!!

    The reason is that I'm still waiting for pension funds from my ex-employer to be deposited into my bank account. Until that happens, the Schilke B5 that's in my local brass tech's shop will have to cool its proverbial heels, while I cool my actual ones. It's tough to wait, but I understand wire transfers take time....I'm still impatient, though, especially since my tech said he had a nice Benge I could have tried too, but he sold it yesterday!!:-( Good thing I have my Strad--It's a wonderful horn, but I would like to add to my "arsenal"!!

    I just got my third quarter practice bonus... and thanks to a lot of sick people, pain and pestilence, I paid off my Harrelson today. Woo Hoo!:woop:

    It's a living... being categorized into the second oldest profession. And thanks to the first oldest profession, we in the second oldest profession are kept pretty busy. And we are the profession that gets you coming AND going.
