nose bleeding and the trumpet

    has anyone ever had their nose bleed from playing the trumpet ? I seem to be having this problem just recently ,Thanks Anthony:-?

    Where are you located at? Because I live in the Pacific Northwestern USA and I never had them on trumpet but I got them on tuba a lot.... But during the late winter throughout the summer since it wasn't as humid...

    It shouldn't happen. It's starting to get chilly in the Northeast, so maybe you have a previous issue with your nose that's being impacted by the dry air caused by the heat in your house.

    I'd discuss with a doctor.

    Anthony. How old are you? Do you have a history of high blood pressure? Do you get them when you are not playing the horn?it should be checked out, but probably is nothing too serious.
