Quiet City is not in the current NYSSMA manual. I'm sure you'll be happy to know that the Posthorn solo to Mahler's Third Symphony is still a level IV!

I'm glad to hear that Director is playing well. I think it probably enjoys it's new home, as I never played a Monette in it before!:-)

I wish I had a rotary, my tech has a great old Russian one, that
    plays quite nicely.
I use a Bach 3c in my Xeno, and the tone is what I want for Hindemith. I was trying out some C trumpets lately, and played the Schilke Symphony series mouthpieces...talk about night and day between those and a Bach. Those have a much larger backbore, though.
I was playing Pictures "Promenade" on a few different C trumpets, including a Schilke C5, and a Bach 229. Those Schilke mouthpieces were fantastic, yet equally expensive.:-( The tone was full, dark, and round, yet never became unclear or lost it's ring.

Have fun with that Director, and good luck with the solo selection!
