Hilarious - no, I definitely didn't stroke out! That was easily ruled out right away. A follow-on visit lead to a diagnosis of mild Bell's Palsy (2 on a scale of 1 to 10) and I am on meds (Valtrex and Prednisone). A small amount of progress so far, but not back in playing shape yet - highly doubtful for brass band concert this Saturday. :-(

According to the commercials, if it lasts LONGER than four hours you should see a doctor.......

I assume you NOT referring to a stoke in this case.

The commercials I see saying you should see a doctor if "it" lasts more than four hours relates to the side effects of a pill made for men with ED. HOWEVER, if I had such an effect that lasts longer then four hours, I'd be calling all those numbers I had in my little black book.... AND THEN thereafter, I'd be calling my doctor... maybe... depends how many "hits" I get from that little black book. AND then only then if I still have the energy left to actually see the doctor.

I guess you could look at this diagnosis as a stroke of good luck (compared to the alternative).
