    First post. welcomes and such.
Ok, I have a Besson London 1000 Bb Trumpet that I need to find some parts for this particular model. I need to find the Waterkey spring for the 3rd valve slide, and the pivot screw for the same slide. Anyone know where I would go to find these parts for a reasonable price?

https://www.windcraft.co.uk/index.html has a lot of parts, but all I see for the 1000 are valve guides. They do list a number of sizes of water key springs. Might be a place to send a note to.:dontknow:

Seems like the springs they list arent the right kind. Those are the ones like thats in the Conn director series. The ones I need have a loop that fits around the pivot point of the waterkey and comes back around behind the waterkey for spring force.
Ill try to get a picture later.

Here are some that the Bandroom carries, is that the style? Photos would help for those who are conceptually challenged, like me.:-)

If you are planning to replace the water key spring your self, you'll need a special tool to hold it with. Without it you won't have a chance of getting it on. I know I've tried. Try ferree's web site.

I have the tool to reset the spring.
The ones listed above at the bandroom are almost what I need. The prongs there face out, and the ones I need face in.

Yamaha water key springs face in. Really it doesn't matter. Most generic springs come long and you just cut them to the size after you install them. Get a generic and bend/cut it to length.
