even the Philadelphia museum of art (of Rocky fame) will be cut.
    a city without art.
    yikes!

I wonder if the public athletic facilities are being cut back as well?

Did the city pay for the professional sports stadiums there? I'm sure if they did, this is a way to cut budget spending to pay for those outrageous places that never sell out on gameday.......but they sure look nice.

i should mention that Philadelphia has two Brand new state of the art sports stadiums, one for football and one for baseball.
you see, the football and baseball teams can no longer share a facility.
each stadium will be unused half the year.
we have no new schools and no funding for the arts.
the city has made a clear choice as to what's important.
