Pilczuk Leadpipes

    Hello Everyone,

    It sure is amazing what you will find when you spend as much time on the web as I do:D

    Anyways, the link below is to a Rick Ita's Brass Instrument Workshop page.
    I was wondering if anyone on the forum has tried the Pilczulk leadpipe ?

    If so, please let me know what you think of them.

    Yes. I have used them when modifying trumpets.
    They work very well and do improve intonation.
    Rich is a very good guy to work with.

    Ditto. Rick is a pro and the 'pipes are great. Get him to send you a few to use on trial, pick the best for you and have it installed! Freer blowing and definitely more in tune! I have them on a customized Olds and my Bach C.
