    yes...the mind is the most powerfull tool...but can also be our biggest enemy (at least my brain is often my enemy) :-(

    As your lip muscles get tired and you try to keep playing, small changes can creep into your embouchure ,for example increased mouthpice pressure , playing too loud to make the notes, you get the idea. Experience in learning how to pace yourself should eliminate your pitch problem , while your lips might be tired at the end of a session they shouldn`t be exhausted to the point of going out of tune.

    Fatigue causes your pitch to go sharp. you use more mpc pressure and more lip tension to keep the sound going. You can do two things stop and rest. build up your endurance with regular playing routines at least 6 days a week.
