A rule of thumb is for every day you take off, it takes two to get back to where you were. Just be patient and you will see results, don't over exert yourself, take lots of breaks, play with a fundamental good sound, blah blah blah. It will come back with time, and I know when I have taken breaks it has been good for my mental well-being, since I come back with a new appreciation of what the horn does for me. And, in the future, talk to your parents about taking something else away from you than your playing time.
