My usual practice time is in the early morning, usually beginning at 5:00 AM and continues for actually 2 actual hours of lip time. This is before breakfast, but after my shower etc. The night before as I'm about t hit the pillow, I apply a thin coat of aloe gel to my lips. How much remains before I go to sleep is doubtful after 46 years of marriage, but the following morning when I practice I've no lip condition problem. It was my wife's kisses wasn't it? Well, she uses the aloe gel also.

Aloe Vera gel does work great and and can heal lips too.
Burt's Bees with Kokum Butter is fantastic.
    Kissing is a definite DO.
