Playing in the morning

    That brings back memories....

    Its one of the reasons I know lots of people have problems playing early in the morning.

    On a related issue I run better in the morning, so it can't be a muscular problem directly, there must be a mental component to it.

    Nothing whatsoever to do with the amount of beers consumed the night before! :oops:

    No, thats later in the day, after a late draw and a baked potato eating competition in the pub......

    After you have played a couple of Easter Vigils, followed by a 6:00 sunrise service, you learn very quickly how to play early in the morning.

    (The trick is not to go to bed in between services).

    I play a two hour routine every morning. I start 20 minutes after getting out of bed.
