Playing Shows-daily endurance

    I played the lead book about 60 shows of Les Mis a few years ago in my "band".

    As far as I can remember, It was one of the easier musicals "chop-wise"

    I CERTAINLY agree with the poster above about the "cool-down".

    I've done it EVERY playing day for the last 20 years in the profession, and it has saved my chops a LOT.

    Low Stamp patterns is my way to do it.

    Hey everybody, thanks for the good advice. Show did not turn out to be as difficult as I thought. I did the warm-down stuff after the show and found that as long as I did my "normal" routine endurance wasn't a problem. Thanks again!
