so i was just really sick for about two weeks with mono. i was too sick to practice the second week, but the first week i practiced. i'm supposed to 'take it easy now', not do alot of walking around, or heavy breathing or anything. do you think it's safe for me to start playing again? and if not, how long should i wait? i know ya'll aren't doctors, but i was hoping maybe someone had a similar situation/ knows someone who had a similar situation? i asked KGB (that question answering database cellphone thing) if i could practice trumpet if i had mono, and it said "trumpet uses alot of air, so no'. but then again, why should i be listening to a cellphone service. (haha)
i'm not sick anymore, just tired. but if i overdo it, i could very very easily get sick again. do you guys think playing would be overdoing it? just offer any insight that might have some similarity to what i'm going through.
    thank you mucho :D
