    About a year or two ago there was a discussion on here about the New York Philharmonic audition and playing Charller #2 on C trumpet. I don’t know why but I was thinking about it when I was practicing this morning and I decided to record it.

    It was way harder than I thought on C trumpet. (you will hear)
    I tried to think of the exercise as an outline and be very free with time.

    Let me know what you think.
    I am just a part time player with not enough lip to do this (you will hear)

    It sounded pretty darned good to me. Nice intonation, feeling, tone, articulation. Very relaxing first thing in the morning.
