Unbelieveably well done. I have never heard such dramatic and well-thought texture changes in the organ part. Additionally, I was originally resistant to the tempo, but now I love it. It feels like a legitimate prayer to God now, and not a competition piece for trumpet. Music!

Too bad. Nice organ/trumpet voicings. The A was a little sharp, though.

On the trumpet or organ? ROFL

Rowuk, if you can find the recording, it is Ryan Anthony on his album Bold, Blue and Bright.

Beautiful. Had it played with trumpet and string quartet at my wedding.

My score is packed away so can't refer to it. Do you know the Tempo marking (Italian term vs. precise Metronome marking)?

Played some chamber music, probablt '62, with Hovhaness conducting. I remember large, ungraceful gestures with doubled up fists. Not very elegant but he knew exactly what he wanted. A little weird but nice person.
