Oh yeah, no weirdos on TM!
Right. We don't ever see any odd types here on TM
My birthday is December 21. I was born in 1936.
Yeah, Wilmer, don't you need to go lie down now?
Here's a link to part of Yamaha's web site where you can find info on how to care for your instrument.
Caring for your instrument
I had trouble finding it through their website, but eventually realized I had the link somewhere else.
everybody that knows me, knows that I shoot straight. That was no empty wish that I had. Sometimes a size 8 1/2 shoe can fix trumpet things that 10 hours of internet advice can't.
Cleanliness is next to godliness - keep those valves clean!
Sorry hitman, but, I think your teacher steered you to a substandard trumpet. If he did that, he might also not steer you in the right direction. Any teacher who tells you that you should only practice 10-15 mins a day or else your lips will suffer is just not smart or perhaps doesn't want you to succeed, so he can get more lessons out of you.
i dont know. He tells me just do the exercises i give you once. Which takes about 10-15min. And i find it hard to do anymore than that. MY lips get tired.
He says all his students get A+ in exams and one of his students got a diploma in music etc
