    This is actually a good description of what I started doing at the end of last semester. It has been helping.
    It's good to see this and know that I'm not crazy after all...

    I've read Rusty's essay before - it's very good and I think it helped me a lot when I was learning to play with less tension a couple of years ago. I warm up now on a variation on Rusty's routine.

    How about Chip, and Dave. Sorry. I'm so sorry for Rusty that he ran into a teaccher in college that was so rigid about embouchures. I've seen so many players messed up this way. I'm so glad he found Laurie and Jeanne to help him. He's right that this is not new stuff but he writes about it extremely well. Better than I could.
