He probably unsubscribed from this thread..
Does that mean I'm an expert now? I'm flattered.
Expert at collecting beautiful horns!
He's just unsubscribing from the thread, not the forum, I hope.
Ahh, yah when I first started here I found I didnt like him verry much... but the more I read his responces and was around him he grew on me haha. I like him!
I HATE RoWACK.
Because he lives in the land of TRUE beer.
All kidding aside here:
He has a opinion.
His concept is his own.
Concepts vary with whom you choose to listen too.
Sometimes you need to listen to other concepts.
If he wishes to delete all references to himself thats fine with me.
As to opinions :
Its very hard to listen to the same problem EVERY day and respond with a witty comeback, yet if you choose to be a teacher that is what your faced with.
Wolfmann, you are very mistaken. The land of true beer is Belgium. Close to, but not quite the "beyond the Rhine" land. They get close to real beer too, but not quite there either...
All ethyllic considerations aside, I find discussing an individual in this fashion to be most inappropriate. Is this not a trumpet forum? If we were discussing Rowuk's interpretation, or opinion, of an orchestral/solo/ whatever piece, I'd understand. But what are we talking about here exactly? Think I got lost in the whole thing.
Stop me if I gets carried away kiddies ..... but are we having fun yet?
At least the OP could have spelled his name right ..... ROWUK, not Rowak. And what happened to that guy, anyway??? He may not have had any idea what he was getting into.
I think this thread is a testament to how popular Rowuk is. Half the replies of the long standing Detroit Symphony thread in a fraction of the time. Not bad.
I agree with Craigph, dont be so lazy! And Rowak is just trying to help you. And another thing: Dont ask stupid questions! You'll get a smart answer when you don't think before you type! I say all of this with love
