Most likely a 6 or 7. This could be a bell from 1 - 30ish. But 6 and 7 were the common ones in the NY period.

Still, the bell of the Super is a force to be reckoned with. Have you played one yet?

I think it looks pretty cool. I would love to play that that horn but not for that price.

Except the seller says the bell is a new bell. Olds hasn't use that garland on the bell for decades

Could be NOS. But I disprove of this horn. I want to know where the NY bell is too.

While I've seen plenty examples of mixing and matching horn parts from different manufacturers, this is the first time I've seen someone do it to a Bach - NY Bach no less. While I'm curious how it plays/sounds, I'm not curious enough to buy it...

An interesting and good looking horn. Would like to give it a try and hear what she sounds like. But, agree with all - not at that price; not interested in owning it, anyhow.

(I have a beat up Ambassador bell hanging on the cabinet if anyone wants to upgrade their Martin Committee! Man, I'm gonna pay for that one...)

Might be substantial dues on that one.

Being unworthy of a Committee, I cannot besmirch it... :worthy:
