Relaxed embouchure

    Thanks guys, I just dont wanna develop a bad habit over the summer, I want to fix it!

    and yet still the "relaxed embouchure" is a misnomer -- again you want the middle of the lips to be "relaxed" enough to vibrate -- but the corners and everything else have to be strong enough to firmly hold the vibrating middle section together.
    my guess is that it will take the whole summer to get it down pat - but keep at it - and don't give up - I think you will be amazed that after your 12 years or so of playing that - when you get it down -- you will wonder why you didn't do this all along ---:thumbsup:

    You have no idea what to do and all of the advice here will not help without knowing you personally.

    Either get local, quality help or accept the fact that you are taking a BIG gamble.

    I told how I would fix it - the Irons book with tutoring and then let the face decide.

    I didn't say "get on with it". I said specific exercizes and a guiding size 10 boot.
