    Very gifted young man. I prefer classical pieces like the ones above without some of the shakes and scream stuff that he was attempting. Plenty of other pieces where that's more appropriate.

    Great future ahead of him...

    I enjoyed this very much. I was impressed with the playing response with a flugelhorn on Carnival of Venice. Maybe this wasn't inside the box thinking for classical music, but I like outside the box thinking sometimes. I have been to orchestra concerts that a change of pace like this would be a thrill.

    His teacher is Maurice André. That gives him a real solid base from someone who was successful as a soloist and teacher. In addition to his talent, what a winning combination.
