    Rudolphus rubrinasus
    Johnny Marks / Arr. Philip Brunelle

    Rudolphus rubrinasus fulgentissimo naso,
    vidisti et si eum dicas quoque candere.
    Omnes tarandi ceteri ridebant vocantes nomina;
    non sinebant Rudolphum interessa ludentes.
    olim crassa nocte Christi, Nicolaus it dictum:
    “Rudolphe, naso tam claro, agesne traham meam?â€
    Qui tum tarandis amor conclamantibus eum,
    “Rudolphe, rubrinase descendes historia!â€

    TOO MUCH FUNNY!

    The best part is singing it out loud!

    Thank you, Alex, you're the best!

    I didn't see the link! That was hilarious! Yeah, I know Brunelle pretty well. That's his sense of humor, all right. Did you know he was once a member of the MO percussion section about 30 years ago?

    Thanks again,

    ML

    I listened to the link again, just now... the most hilarious thing is how they rush the words to get it to fit in with the meter... damn, that's funny!

    I'm playing in this Christmas show this week (50 some-odd anniversary of the Singing Christmas Tree) and that is one of the tunes they are doing.

    Hey...I'm all for it. At least it is something different (plus, they follow it up with the Amerrricun version...;-)

    I'll chuckle every night...ha.
