That guy has got to master playing one trumpet before he can move on to playing two...
I've seen that same look in the eyes...
it's not from coffee or Mt Dew.... it's from something made in a lab in a basement somewhere.
Did you see how quickly he got that mute in? wow...
If you want two notes at once - check out Matt Shulman - he does it with only one trumpet!!
The human body has a second ring muscle that could be used for the second horn with similar results.......................
I remember in the late 60s or early 70s a concert at our high school in upstate New York where somebody played 2 trumpets at once. My memory says HE did a very good job!

I have hard enough time playing one horn at a time... even though if I could play 4 at a time I could play a bunch of my collection

oh yeah, the guy playing the 3 trumpets was pretty good too...
