Shoulder, neck and upper back exercises

    Inspired by the other post.

    I have been having trouble with upper back (more lats), shoulder problems and even some bicep tendon pain. Mainly from holding the trumpet all day teaching amougst other things (carrying trumpet bags and laptop from school to school, rehearsals and gigs)

    Anyone experience this and use or have excersises to strengthen there body and overall posture?
