Beer is definitely my favorite post workout recovery drink. After a run, after a workout, after practice, after breakfast...
It is so easy to build chops without chemicals, why mess around? Just practice instead of trying all sort of artificials.
Our mouths were made for tasting real food. All this powder and genetically manipulated stuff just remove us further from the truth.
Eat foods of the season as fresh as possible. Keep the diet balanced and you will do just fine.
Hahaha, cool. So, the lesson taken from this thread is, eat lots of fresh veggies/fruits during the day and drink lots of beer at night. I CAN DO THAT!!!!

I find that McCallan's 12 year old single malt is a useful adjunct to the playing of brass instruments. In fact drink enough of it and that crappy trumpet you got stiffed for on eBay will sound good.
