I have been smoking for about half my life. I am at the point now that
I think I have seriously damaged my sinuses from smoking. When I
played trumpet it makes my head hurt. I did try to play last night while
taking some sinus pills and had no headache. It like pressure builds up
and then something pops in my head and it relieves the pressure. Are
their any smoking players with similar problems. I am trying to use smokeless tobacco pouches instead of smoking.:-(

If you have to try a nicotine product you might check out the e-cigs ... but quitting is the best scenario. Those little pouches are only going to give you lips cancer instead of your lungs.

I don't want to sound flip, but have you considered quitting smoking?

Your post kind of sounds like the old joke, "Hey doc, it hurts when I do this..."

The human body has a pretty great capacity for healing, so you may be surprised by your results.
