Thanks Josh, this will come in handy, and I'm sure we'll all appreciate it..............tom/crow
Can I ship my horns to you?
Yes, people ship instruments to me all the time from all over the world. Please give me a call or email before shipping to discuss you and your horn's needs.

I understand what Reeves does to align valves. Can you tell us what steps you take? How indepth is your process?
Also, I keep my horns very clean. Do you have a special deal for us TM'ers on just the valve alignment? 4 valve vs. 3 valve price?
Can you change the orientation of the valve cluster?
I would want the second valve tilted to the left and
the third valve tilted to the right.
The first valve can stay vertical to the horn.
We have discussed on this board one manufacturer that does this or did in the past. They called it a radial horn.
Please elaborate - what tests have you performed that would lead you to believe this?
A friend's Callachio has that same felt arrangement, with the felt under the finger button. The felt compresses against a small nipple in the center of the valve cap.
The problem is that he now runs through felts more often because all of the compression is placed on a much smaller surface area than the outer circumference of the finger button. As an engineer, I'm not sold on the "under finger button" felt idea.
