nothin' specific unless ya have a specific question for me. Keep in mind, all my suggestions are just what has worked for me. Might not nessecarily work for you or anyone else.
I've been taught that it's not a good idea to test your chops' limits daily. It makes sense too, most people that lift weights regularly never work the same muscles on consecutive days. IMO it's probably better for you to push your range work a little longer on one day, and then the next day just practice some stuff that's less taxing on your chops. the only way for muscles to grow stronger is to let them rest and regenerate before working them again.
but never forget the golden rule when it comes to finding what works best, "different strokes for different folks"
