I recently had an Alexander Wagnerian bass trumpet stolen. It is an antique, made in Germany. Four rotary valves. In good condition, although three of the four valves were stuck. Laquer in good shape. One small dent. Case is weathered but servicable. Reportedly, few of these were made. Between 1830 and 1930. It was a gift from a friend who recently passed away. In Bb. No mouthpieces in the case.
If you hear of such a horn, especially in a pawn shop or someone has attempted to sell it in a music store, please contact me. It was stolen in San Jose, CA.
