    They do that with the Kobe beef in Japan--you're on to something--just get your marketing chops together and Australian beef will be the best!

    Be wary all - Darwin Stubbies contain a vile drop of horse p*ss not worth drinking (most horses's p*iss is not worth drinking by the way) - see other posts on "Fosters" - why is the Darwin Stubbie a souvenir - because people buy it for the bottle, not the contents. Locals wont drink it.

    Sorry, I just can't imagine a beer so bad that even Australians won't drink it!:cool:

    You've had the Sydney thing covered. Coffs Harbour is another story. There is a Jazz Club at Bellingen that has a once a month. I do a Jazz gig every Sunday floating up the Clarence River in Yamba which is about 50 minutes North of Coffs. We do mainstream stuff. If you want to, you can bring your horn along. Let me know first so that I can make sure that I am on as we often do other gigs and put in another band.
