Received this email off TrumpetPlayerProfiles.com ... can someone help this family? Please contact this gentleman asap.

My name is Christopher D. Vieira, Funeral Director with Beach Funeral Homes in Melbourne, FL. I am coordinating a burial at Jacksonville National Cemetery, Jacksonville, FL for Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at 2:30pm. We will have a Navy Honor Guard, although the family is requesting a real bugle player to play taps, rather than the recording the military provides. If you may be able to assist me, I would greatly appreciated it.

    Thanks,

Christopher D. Vieira - Funeral Director

I don't have a bugle either. But, no one has ever questioned my use of a trumpet or cornet for the duty - even at official military funerals.
