    Yeah, you should definitely try as many models as you can. They all have the ability to play beautifully, you just have to find the one that fits you and your playing the best. Good luck in your search.

    IF you can, go to England and visit Taylor, or Phil Parker Brass. They will have plenty of amazing horns to try out. I spent the day at Andy Taylor's shop a few years ago and it was an incredible experience.

    Yeah, I think the Chicago Lite weighs 1.2 kilo, I will be playing alot of classical for my grades, but also want to play alot of Salsa which has lots of very high notes.

    Hey Guys,

    Got me a Phoenix Custom a while back now.
    Thought I could live with the weight but not to be.

    Gave me a dose of tennis elbow so sits in the cupboard waiting to be played.

    Back on the Yamaha at the moment with Selmer protesting somewhat.

    sorry to hear about that, Gabriel Rosati plays both those brands of trumpet.
