    Hi trumpet cats;
Ever wonder why Arban has so many scale exercises in the key of C (16) but not so many in all the other keys? Most of the other keys only have 6 exercises while Db, B and F# are seriously under-repped at a measly 1 study!
So I’ve created The Complete Arban Scales, a 60-page FREE download that has all 16 of Arban’s scale studies in every key. ::: Eric Bolvin Music Studios - Publications ::: ARBAN MANUAL
Not only are these great scale studies but they are quite useful as range exercises. I’ve organized them chromatically so you can start at C and add a ½ step at a time.

Feel free to download, copy, print and share.

And while you’re there, please have a look at some of my trumpet publications:
    Tongue Level & Air
26 Lessons To Efficient Trumpet Playing
    Lesson Plan & Manuscript Book
    A weekly lesson planner
    The Modern Jazz Trumpet Method
A course of study for the advancing jazz trumpet player
    The Arban Manual
A 69 lesson course that takes you through the entire Arban Method.
The Big Book Of Pentatonics & Fourths
A method of practice for the ambitious musician
    The Really Big Student Songbook
174 songs for all instruments and levels.

PS. If anyone has the LeDuc edition of Arban in 3 volumes, let me know if all the scale studies are in that edition.

    Thanks and happy practicing!!

Yes, it's free. The scales at least. I downloaded them to my iPad this morning. It takes a bit of searching on his site to find them. Thanks ebjazz!

Yes, actually. I frequently wonder that.

I generally run through the 12 scales while warming up, but am quite weak at B and Db. With one or two sharps/flats Arbans has lots of exercises, but not much to work on 5+ sharps/flats I have thought several times of copying the Arban's C workout into a program like Sibelius and then transposing it to B, Db, and F#. Thanks a bunch for doing all that work for me (and everyone else). I see that your scales go up to (an un-Arban-like) high E. I only every practice up to high C / C# so perhaps this will give me a new top of the scales to work for.
