    Thank You very much Eric

Have down loaded the scales and it just so happens that the Db scale was my next challenge as I was doing your "Modern Jazz Methed", now this will compliment that book nicely. Tried it last night and by the end of my session I was flying on that the Db. Don't know if I'll ever use it, but it was sure nice to know I could do it with my eyes closed. LOL

On another note: I know we must learn all our scales, but in your experiance if we had to prioritize them for musical jazz, or in essense must know for most americam music do you have a preference?

    Thanks Again

Hi Kraken; Not sure I understand your question...Do you mean what scales are the most important for jazz?

Yes, I should have been more clear on that.

Well, everything is based off of major scales, but the most important scale for jazz is the chromatic :)). Learn 'em all and forget 'em!!
