Before they went with Al Hirt's version, Tommy Newsome wrote an arrangement for Urbie Green called the "Green Bee", nothing like listening to a trombone playing Bumble Bee.

On the Mnozil Brass: I love the bit at the end when Roman empties his water on Leonhard's shoe. It's not in the video, but I've seen them do it. Those guys are the real deal too, I've seen them about four or five times and their performance level is unbelievable!

Chris Tedesco's live version is good too!! He played portions of this for me at the showroom. He's the real deal too.

While I've played Nicholai Rimsky-Korsakov's Flight Of The Bumblebee in 59 seconds, I'm overwhelmed by the tuba player of the Canadian Brass who plays it as lead vis Tuba Bee.

Yes it does!! I am inspired to start practicing. Listening to Green Hornet, Flight of the Bumble Bee makes flow studies very important. They are test pieces for we stay at home players.

    Thank you again.
