I'm in Houston and being near the coast the humidity gets pretty crazy sometimes and nowadays with all the weird weather conditions things go crazy. It's almost summer and I need a sweatshirt in the morning. ROFL

Over the years I have used quite a few products--sometimes simply because it was all I could lay my hands on. However my go to is Blistex. I don't use it all the time, but when I'm in one of "those" situations (bad cold, allergies, low humidity) I keep it on my lips. One time a year I am in the sun and wind for 3 days--I use a stick sunblock that you normally use to protect your cheeks (clear, not the black like football and baseball players use). When I'm out of the sun and wind it's back to Blistex. Works for me, in years when I have been unprepared my lips didn't just chafe, they dried out so much they would split.
