ok.. here we go - 1st time publicly posting & getting ready to be shot down! lol!

Trying a new mouthpiece out tonight for playing lead/scream stuff - well I say new, but I used to play on one a few years ago, so I guess I'm 're-visiting' it. Had some fun playing with the vid on my new iphone as well!

YouTube - Trying out a new mouthpiece....

Well, you've certainly got some high chops going on - way more than what I've got anyway. I thought it sounded pretty solid.

Jon P takes care of the fast and high notes.
I'm a bit older, so I take care of the slower and lower ones

Conn V1 flugel with Taylor ML mp for those that like to know things like that

    Hi All,
    Great idea requesting audio posts!
I have a bunch of posts on my blog AllThingsTrumpet.com, under Learning>Repertoire Reviews.
Most of them are recital repertoire reviews but there are a few clips of my jazz playing as well.
    Thanks, Dave

I am not a tech person -- so I only have pc recordings which all somehow suck in musical quality.

I have a gig on Jan. 29 - they put that on CD, hopefully if it works out to be a "good" play day -- I can put something up -- somewhere
