To amado or not to amado -> NUISANCE!

    No idea Mick - I've found Ultra Pure, and it works exceptionally well for me.

    Be careful that your slide grease doesn't contain lanolin if you switch to Ultrapure. I love Ultrapure oil, but had a major buildup of white goo in my Amados from the combination of oil and slide grease. At least the Jupiter was easy to clean out.. not so on my other horns.

    I detest these water keys. Be advised, you CAN have a tech replace them with standard water keys. I've had it done on various horns and I've been very happy not to have them. Right now my main trumpet has them, and when I get the time, they will certainly be replaced.
