Too much practice?

    What did you do that helped your practice? Did you adopt Rowuk's suggestion?

    I did adopt Rowuk's suggestion and also added in plenty of rest time which I hadn't previously been doing! I've reduced my practice time to an hour and a half for the time being (I'm not including the buzzing I do while I'm at work) while I'm not working towards anything in particular (I'm generally very tired after work too) and I'm concentrating on the basics again...

    my teacher said its not good to over practice because it can ruin your muscles in mouth and glands lol :s\
