I took a 1 week break off Trumpet due to school work pressure.. and now Its very hard to regain my embouchure..

I can't play anything above 4th line D without getting a very fuzzy and resistant sound
and Normally, my range goes up to a G above staff
I noticed my endurance is suffering as well

Yesterday I tried to regain it and I was so stressed I stopped
I'm going through the same exact thing today...
    What should I do?

I would be working on long tones, lip slurs, slurs and playing very softly for some time. It sounds as though you need to build some muscle.

You should get your playing act back together. Get back to your daily routine and your playing will return to the way it was.

1 day off= 2 days to get back in shape
    2 days off= a week
    4-6 days need a month
    a month needs 2-3 months
any more than that we calculate in years.

For a beginner a week off could take a week to to get back in shape, just stick to your daily routine and don't rush things.

Don't let the "pressure" of it all eat you up.... you have a lifetime to "get it back".... it's not as if you will forget how to read music as well.......
