Doesn't sound like a productive way to (re)build quality of sound, control over your instrument, endurance, range etc.

If you can't wait for a delivery from Amazon, check the YouTube videos from Greg Spence, Charlie Porter and Nick Drozdoff. My comeback started 12 months ago after a 25 year layoff. Using the guidance from these guys along with a whole heap of wisdom from TMers I'm delighted with the sounds I make and I'm now doing a part time college course in performance. Faster and furious is a part of a much bigger picture, but not a foundation. Making a nice sound is what'll make people want to listen. Nick D's video on long tones is the complete antithesis of your exercise, but pays back with improved tone, control endurance and range.

    Best of luck

Did you try looking in the BOOK section??? That's where most of the books are kept! Hope this helps!

It should be there - just search Grant golding Trumpet Toolkit - hope you manage to find it!
I would sell as PDF but Amazon are so strict with their copyrights etc!
