Does any one know a good repair shop in New York or around?
Dillon Music would be "around" in NJ
Dillon's I know.Are there any other?
Try Terry Pierce. He works out of his apartment in upper Manhattan. His number is 212 666 9789. He's an excellent brass repairman.
Has he done any work for you?
The Brass Lab, 532 West 25th St., Manhattan
Tel;(212)243-7180 Chuck McAlexander He's the best in The City these days.
I heard of him,but never got a chance to contact.
Steve Carney in Staten Island is very good. He's in the phone book or via information.
This is an old post-topic.
However, as I am frequently in the metro-NY area, I would be pleased to know reputable ("expert" ?) brasswind technicians.
Are the above-mentioned techs still in service? Any comments regarding their work?
I am now aware of Josh Landress.
Yr Fthfl Srvnt,
Josh is great,I have seen his work personally. He did few things for me.
I've heard a lot of good things about Chick McAlexander as well.
