    when I think of high notes, Maynard does not come to mind. Maynard made music in every octave. When I think of high notes, all the punks that have nothing else to offer except more or less defined squeals out of the groove come to mind.

    Stick the stack where the sun don't shine. Be careful not to get it stuck otherwise the sticked stuck stack might come back to make you sick, suck or worse - get sacked!
