    What's the source?

Did you record it from a TV show, movie, etc?

I have a sample only. It was taken from old russian cartoon movie. There is no list of the used music on the movie’s end credits.

Cartoons made in Russia in the past used all kind of band music without copyright permission which is why they didn't list the author/performer. Do you know what the cartoon vid was called?

Sounds very much like Harry James in his prime... Thought I had all his recordings but cannot recognize this one. I believe he was still playing in the 60s. Any thoughts on this being "Harry?"
