    Hello,

I am now back in the country in working hard to finalize everything for our first annual trumpet festival. I was able to get a special rate for a hotel located about 10 miles from the University.

The rate for these rooms is $89.00 per night plus 8% tax.
Reservations can be made by calling the toll-free reservation line at

Is it mandatory to register online, or can we walk in and pay?
If so, is there a difference in the price for a walk in vs. register?

    Thanks

Get to the point where you don't have to practice. This leaves a lot more time for eating or wasting time.

I plan on being there! And I've already registered. But I have two questions...

Will there be any workshops that take a "hands on" approach? In other words should I bring my trumpet?

Is there anything else I need to do to make sure that I am registered for the great door prize?

    Thanks,
    Craig

Awww I'm so jealous of all you guys: I live in the little old UK and if we have similar festivals, I have failed to notice all of them!

I hope you guys all have a great time!

    Chris.

JonathanShaw,You can pay at the door,no problem.
If you register on line,it will only help us know how many people wll be coming.

    crash.

There will be a few workshops that take a "hands on" approach,so please, bring your horn.
    It should be very interesting.
And you don't need to do anything else in order to be registered for a door prize.:)

    Thanks NYTC!
    One more annoying question:
If we are paying at the door, do we have to be there right at 8:30 am, or can we crash a little late (9:30-10:00) and still get in.
    Thanks for the help!

    Hello Jonathan,

You can get in all day. Just make sure you pay with cash or check at the door. No credit card.
