Just a random post here folks, my vote goes to Neil Diamond's "Hello Again," any takers?
'Scuse me while I look that up.........
"Why Don't We Do It In The Road" by the Beatles
The Theme song to the Titanic Soundtrack!
What do you think is the most immotional pop song?
Is there such a thing?!?
Do you mean "emotional"?
I don't know...pop sucks...well, most of it anyway....
"Alone Again, Naturally" by Gilbert O'Sullivan is one of the saddest songs I know but I love it. Used to really break me up when I'd listen to it. It's from the 70's. The guy was a one hit wonder but he nailed it on that tune. He wrote another very nice tune called "Claire" where you think it's a ballad to a girl he loves but in the end it turns out to be an affectionate song to his toddler niece whom he's been babysitting the whole time. I wonder if anybody remembers that tune.
Not sure if it counts as pop but there's a song by Dashboard Confessional (this bitter pill) where the singer broke down in the booth and started crying
Fairly emotional, one might say.
Sorry I can't spell folks, maybe I should proof read my posts before posting them
Not a pop song by any stretch...just got done listening to Bravado by Rush (man...that drummer is an octopus!); and gave a thought over to our troops and the memorial day service at the end of our parade Monday. "We will pay the price/but we will not count the cost". In the right mood, at the right time, can bring tears.
